Frequently Asked Question

When swiping badge for the first time, you'll get an "Unknown card" screen to associate your card.  Picture on top.  Bottom picture is the normal sign-in screen.  They are somewhat similar, so just read the wording if you are a new user.

Username is your computer login without the domain added.

Password is your computer password.  They will tie the card to you.
