Frequently Asked Question

Displaying on SMARTboard:

• Right-click on DesktopClick on Display SettingsYou'll see two monitors.
• Click the one that you want to see DRC Insight on.Click the box that says "Make this my main display".
• Occasionally, you won't see that, but you can just close it and re-open and it should be there.
• To change it back to normal, go through this same process.

Student devices:

• Make sure the DRC Insight icon is on all the devices you are testing with. It should be on most of them.
• If not, it can be installed with this link https://helpdesk.lawsoncardinals.org/kb/faq.php?id=53, but searching for "DRC" instead of "Creative Cloud". Use the non-proxy version.

Student audio:

• Make sure headphones are plugged in and working BEFORE starting DRC.
• Have them watch a video, or they can click the volume icon in the system tray, and click on the volume slider.
• It should make a noise each time they move the slider.
• If not, we need to get that solved before starting by making sure it's fully seated or replacing with a new headset.
