When selecting Photo-1 or Photo-2, you'll need to set a default External Program.

• Click "Set..."
• Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Photo Gallery\ and select WLXPhotoGallery.exe.
• Click "Open".

When you click Scan, it will automatically be opened in Photo Gallery. If prompted, just Accept the terms of use. That happens the first time it's opened.
