Can't use menus in or close Windows. Touch appears to be off a lot.

-Right-click on desktop
-Click "Display Settings"
-Click your second monitor (Usually square, or if you click on it, set to 1280x1024 resolution. You can also click "Identify" and it will tell you what the numbers are on the screens)
-Click under "Resolution" and set to 1024x768, then either wait 15 seconds or click "Revert"
-If you click "Keep Changes", then just set back to 1280x1024 and "Keep Changes"
